Copyright Infringement Notice & Takedown (UAE)

We take copyright claims seriously and respond to valid notices within 7 business days. If the uploader does not provide sufficient proof of rights or a valid counter-notice within the stated period, the reported content will be removed from Viacation’s platform.

Compliance

Viacation operates in accordance with applicable copyright laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates and relevant international copyright standards and treaties recognized by the UAE.

How to Submit a Notice

• Email a written notice to our copyright team including:
• Your full name, company (if any), address, email, and phone number.
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
• The exact URL(s) or location of the allegedly infringing content on our platform.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rightsholder, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information you provide is true and accurate, and that you are the rightsholder or authorized to act on their behalf.
• Your electronic or physical signature.

Uploader Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with:

• Your full contact details.
• Identification of the content and where it appeared before removal.
• A brief explanation and any proof of your rights or authorization.
• A statement that the information provided is true and accurate
• Your electronic or physical signature.
• Content may remain disabled while Viacation reviews the claim and any counter-notice.
