About Victoria Botanical Gardens

The Seychelles National Botanical Gardens provide a green sanctuary right in the center of Victoria. Spread across several acres of land, this park is home to a massive collection of exotic and local plants. You can walk through wide avenues lined with tall palms and colorful tropical flowers. The atmosphere is very peaceful, providing a great spot for a morning stroll or a family picnic under the trees.

Travelers browsing Seychelles Tour packages usually stop here to see the famous giant tortoises and the rare Coco de Mer palms. It is a wonderful place to learn about the island's natural history without traveling far from the city. You will find small streams, fruit bats hanging in the trees, and a variety of bright orchids. This garden serves as a beautiful introduction to the diverse flora found throughout the archipelago.
